Notes: Update April 12th: Bitsy is starting to come out of her shell a little. She was extremely timid and would shy away from being petted. A day or two of kind words and she is coming around. Still scared of being approached too quickly or fast hand movements. She seems to have an old injury in her front left leg that we will need to have the vet look at. It is causing her to walk funny almost like a limp. She is not showing any signs of it being painful when lifting or checking it. Makes you wonder what some of these dogs go through. Welcome Bitsy to our rescue. We pulled her from Animal Control so we can keep a close eye on her. Since there was one there that had parvo we wanted to keep a check on her since she had a little bit of an upset stomach. She is still eating good and active so we are hoping it is just from stress. Adoption Application Form
Before you can adopt one of the dogs you need to complete our Adoption Application Form. Applications must be submitted and vetting/personal references must be checked before an adoption is completed. You will not be able to adopt a puppy or dog if you do not have a verified application. Pre-approved applications have priority over new applications. Due to lack of volunteer time, we are only able to answer questions from prospective adopters that have filled out an application form.
