Notes: UPDATE September 12th: Bri had her leg removed and is back with us and resting comfortably. She is adapting well to being a tripod with good mobility. Please consider donating to her surgery costs. We are calling this little one Bri. Just 6 months old, she was found injured beside the road and taken into immediate rescue. Vet indicates that she was hit by a car and X-rays confirm no broken bones but because she had no use of her front leg. it is suspected there is damage to the brachial nerve. She will need crate rest, hard for a puppy, for several weeks. If no improvement amputation will be required. Bri also has bruising of her lung and sore ribs. The vet said she is the gentlest little girl and everyone loves her. She is currently resting with antibiotics and pain meds. Keep sweet Bri in your thoughts.

If you cannot adopt or rescue Bri you can still help. This dog needs funding to help it find a new home - click here for more information.
