He is crate trained, house trained once he has a set schedule, does OK on a leash but will need to continue work on it. He is only about 12 months old (Dec 10th, 2023), neutered and heartworm negative. He does have puppy energy so would need an active family. If you interested in giving this dog a forever home, please fill out an adoption application form - see the link below.

Adoption Application Form
Before you can adopt one of the dogs you need to complete our Adoption Application Form. Applications must be submitted and vetting/personal references must be checked before an adoption is completed. You will not be able to adopt a puppy or dog if you do not have a verified application. Pre-approved applications have priority over new applications. Due to lack of volunteer time, we are only able to answer questions from prospective adopters that have filled out an application form.

Rainbow Animal Rescue has foster homes in the area of Roanoke Rapids and a kennel facility in Halifax, North Carolina. We welcome volunteers to foster dogs and help at the kennels. Click here for contact information
